The Ops team is instrumental in deciding which awards the team will pursue and organizing that pursuit.  Some awards such as the Entrepreneurship award is pursued and won almost exclusively by a business plan prepared by the Ops team.  Other awards such as Safety, Quality, or Industrial Design require the whole team to work in concert.
