Operations Lead and Deputy(s) - Roles and Responsibilities
* Analogous roles: !Sales/Marketing/Human resources/Finance
* Responsibility - Budget management, identify/develop new sponsors, maintain/grow existing sponsors, advertise team accomplishments, outreach within AHS and externally, diversity enhancement, award applications.
* Authority - final decision on costs/spending, outreach, marketing, recruitment, awards applications, 
* !Duties/Potential deputy roles:
   * Finance: works with boosters and technical leads to manage budget
   * Marketing: social media, website, brochures, give-aways, video, external outreach
   * Sales: find/maintain sponsors, fund raising, grant writing
   * Recruitment: internal outreach (within AHS and feeder middle schools)
   * Award applications - chairman's, entrepreneurship, etc.
