Operations Lead and Deputy(s) - Roles and Responsibilities

• Analogous roles: Sales/Marketing/Human resources/Finance
• Responsibility - Budget management, identify/develop new sponsors, maintain/grow existing sponsors, advertise team accomplishments, outreach within AHS and externally, diversity enhancement, award applications.
• Authority - final decision on costs/spending, outreach, marketing, recruitment, awards applications,
• Duties/Potential deputy roles:
  • Finance: works with boosters and technical leads to manage budget
  • Marketing: social media, website, brochures, give-aways, video, external outreach
  • Sales: find/maintain sponsors, fund raising, grant writing
  • Recruitment: internal outreach (within AHS and feeder middle schools)
  • Award applications - chairman's, entrepreneurship, etc.
