          * 2 separate meetings in cafeteria: new student signup, returning student signup (and recruit parent mentors)
       * AHS event: Back to School Night - recruit new parent mentors

       * Register mentors in [https://my.firstinspires.org/Dashboard/ FIRST TIMS] and send invitation for background screening (all mentors should complete)
       * Pay Season's Team [https://my.firstinspires.org/Dashboard/ FIRST registration] and get reimbursed from HCPSS using IFAS form(see team treasurer)
       * Reconcile IT lists:
           * !TeamSnap - add mentors and students and get updated phone/text/email info (may be handled by a Tech Boosters volunteer)

           * wiki accounts - add mentors and students to appropriate groups
