== Awards Lead ==
FIRST defines [https://www.firstinspires.org/robotics/frc/awards awards] that will be given with each competition.  Winning an award requires a serious focus and lots of coordinated work.  2537 has won awards ranging from Industrial Design to Entrepreneurship to Chairman's and these are huge accomplishment for the team.  The Awards Lead is responsible for:
* Become expert on the awards and their criteria
* Study what other teams have done to win the awards
* Identify the award(s) the team will focus on for this season
* Develop materials needed to win the award (e.g. videos, white papers, etc.)
* Work with other Leads to coordinate award efforts (e.g. Mech and CS leads to pursue an Innovation in Control awards)
