== Field Lead - Roles and Responsibilities ==

Once the game is revealed, the team immediately starts designing and testing mechanisms to meet the challenge.  A practice field is required to test the mechanisms and the Field Lead is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the practice field.

Responsibilities: 
  * Study best field practices of top teams
  * Analyze game rules
  * Work with Strategy, Game Leads and Quartermaster to select, specify, and purchase practice field materials
  * Coordinate with Technical Leads to sequence field construction with testing needs
  * Construction of practice field
  * Plan for and manage storage of field pieces
  * Work with Safety lead to enforce shop safety rules
