* Works with Event Captain on pit planning
* Packing and unpacking of pit and gear for competitions
* Construction and tear-down of pit at competition
* Maintenance of robot during competition
* Works with Safety Lead to ensure pit safety
* Organizes pit crew with rotations
* Develops and refines pit checklists and procedures
* Works with Operations on Pit appearance (bling, marketing, etc.)
* Enforces gracious professionalism in pit
* Coordinates and tracks lending of materials to other teams
* Coordinates and records assistance provided to other teams
