The FRC season runs from September through May and is divided into: * Pre-season (Sept-Dec): generally meets once weekly for training and preparation * Build-season (Jan-Feb): generally meets from 6-9 on 3 school days and from 9-4 on weekends * Competitions (Feb-Apr): team attends competitions and ongoing smaller groups meet for software and mechanism upgrades/enhancements * Post-season (Apr-May): few meetings, mostly for cleanup and preparation for next year Meeting Locations: * The team meets mainly at Atholton High School in the Technology Labs. * Offsite meetings are occasionally held at [http://main.thehackground.org/ The Hackground] and [http://www.stemaction.org/ STEMAction]. Team Structure: * A faculty advisor has overall responsibility for the team * The Tech Boosters are responsible for funding and accounting * Team 2537 is a student led team with student captains/leads responsible for organization: * Control Systems Lead(s) * Electrical Lead * Field and Pit Lead? * Game Captain * Hardware Captain * Integration Lead * Mechanical Lead(s) * Operations Captain * Safety Captain * Team Captain * Adult mentors and volunteers provide guidance and support for the students * Lead mentor(s) * Engineering mentors * Non-Engineering mentors * Volunteers
