A faculty advisor has overall responsibility for the team.

The Tech Boosters are responsible for funding and accounting.

Team 2537 is a student-led team with student captains/leads responsible for organization:
   * Team Captain
   * Systems & Integration Captain
   * Project Manager
   * Strategy Captain
   * Control Systems Lead
   * Electrical Lead
   * Mechanical Lead
   * Operations Lead
   * Safety Captain
   * Field and Pit Deputy
   * Other deputies
Adult mentors and volunteers provide guidance and support for the students
   * Lead mentor(s)
   * Engineering mentors
   * Non-Engineering mentors
