The FRC season runs from September through May and is divided into:

• Pre-season (Sept-Dec): generally meets once weekly for training and preparation
• Build-season (Jan-Feb): generally meets from 6-9 on 3 school days and from 9-4 on weekends
• Competitions (Feb-Apr): team attends competitions and ongoing smaller groups meet for software and mechanism upgrades/enhancements
• Post-season (Apr-May): few meetings, mostly for cleanup and preparation for next year

Meeting Locations:

• The team meets mainly at Atholton High School in the Technology Labs.
• Offsite meetings are occasionally held at ​The Hackground and ​STEMAction.

Team Structure:

• A faculty advisor has overall responsibility for the team
• The Tech Boosters are responsible for funding and accounting
• Team 2537 is a student led team with student captains/leads responsible for organization:
