Or you can just download the 2019.2.0 update suite directly from NI [http://download.ni.com/support/softlib/first/frc/FileAttachments/FRCUpdateSuite_2019.2.0.zip 2019.2.0 here] and not have to deal with any of this logging in nonsense.
