- TeamSnap: new lead role should be configured as a Manager
- Hold Lessons-Learned (post-mortem) meeting of full team - gather feedback, ideas for next year
- Hold elections for student leaders for next year - graduating seniors should not vote.
- Plan meeting schedule for next year
- try to avoid conflict with Band so students can participate in both
- coordinate with faculty advisor and school administration (Principal, Tech Ed Team Lead)

- AHS event: New Student Orientation - recruit new students (coordinate with Ops)
- AHS event: Robotics Team Orientation (team/club signups) - sign-up students (coordinate with Tech Boosters)
- 2 separate meetings in cafeteria: new student signup, returning student signup (and recruit parent mentors)
- AHS event: Back to School Night - recruit new parent mentors
- Pay Season's Team FIRST registration and get reimbursed from HCPSS using IFAS form(see team treasurer)
- Opt-out of drive-base (in exchange for $450 Andymark voucher)
- Build Mentor Team
- Register mentors in FIRST TIMS and
- Send invitation for background screening (all mentors should be required to complete this) - reimburse mentors for the cost
- Schedule Mentor YPP training, check photo-IDs, and collect YPC forms
- All mentors must complete HCPSS Parent Volunteer Training and collect certificates
- Provide a list of all mentors to AHS principal, vice-principal
- Reconcile IT lists (remove old mentors, add new mentors):
- TeamSnap - add mentors and students and get updated phone/text/email info (may be handled by a Tech Boosters volunteer)
