- Buy digital or hard copy books from Amazon or other booksellers
Things to take note of when reading
- What connections can you make between the book and your experiences?
- What ideas resonate with you?
- What points stuck out or are surprising?
- What are the biggest takeaways?
- How can you practice what you learned?
Schedule
Every two weeks, pick a book to read. At the end of the two weeks, meet up with mentors to discuss the ideas in the book and how they can be applied to our team (multiple meetings are encouraged for a complete review of the lessons).
