STEM inspiration and education is part of the core mission of Team 2537 and every FIRST team. SpaceRAIDers teach regular STEM workshops for feeder elementary and middle schools, participate in STEM festivals and collaborate with other teams on community service and outreach.

Team 2537 is also engaged in a multi-year effort to recruit under-represented groups to membership and STEM generally.
