Joining Team 2537

Welcome to Team 2537! Every student (new and returning) must register each year. Please follow the directions below:

IMPORTANT FORMS/LINKS/PAYMENTS due - Payment due 10/1.

  • Every STUDENT must fill out this Google Form to be included on the roster EVEN IF YOU ARE ALREADY ON TEAMSNAP:
  • The Boosters are requesting a $130 donation (per student) to help cover costs of meals, scholarships, faculty costs, etc…due 10/1 (link at the end of registration)
  • IF your student plans to attend IROC (10/21), please fill out the permission slip and pay $10/day for the bus.
  • Please go on Teamsnap and update your information (any contact information changes, grade, photo, etc) AT LEAST ONE PARENT MUST BE LISTED IN TEAMSNAP

Upcoming Meetings/Dates - ALL ARE IN TEAMSNAP

  • Tues/Wed meetings throughout Sept/Oct are for all mentors and students 6-8:30PM
  • Saturday, October 21 - IROC - Bus leaves Atholton @ 6:15 am, expected return 7:30pm

COMMUNICATION

  • Team 2537 uses TEAMSNAP as the primary means of communication for team related events (meeting dates/times, field trips, weather related changes, etc). All profiles need to be updated (grade, email/cell info, photo, etc)
    • All students rostered MUST have at least one parent/guardian contact in the profile
    • All mentors will be listed in TEAMSNAP
  • Students and mentors also use SLACK for inter-team instant messaging
