Fall training (Sept-Dec) is the longest and most important period in the robotics season. During the Fall, the team develops the skills it will use during the intense 6-week build season to make the competition robot. Build season is when you apply the skills learned during Fall Training. The Director of Education is responsible for:

• Developing an effective training program
• Continuously acquiring and refining training materials
• Soliciting feedback from students and mentors about their training experience
• Training the student trainers how to be effective
