Pit Lead Roles and Responsibilities

• Works with Event Captain on pit planning
• Packing and unpacking of pit and gear for competitions
• Construction and tear-down of pit at competition
• Maintenance of robot during competition
• Works with Safety Lead to ensure pit safety
• Organizes pit crew with rotations
• Develops and refines pit checklists and procedures
• Works with Operations on Pit appearance (bling, marketing, etc.)
• Enforces gracious professionalism in pit
• Coordinates and tracks lending of materials to other teams
• Coordinates and records assistance provided to other teams
