Team Structure
A faculty advisor has overall responsibility for the team.
The Tech Boosters are responsible for funding and accounting.
Team 2537 is a student-led team with student captains and leads responsible for organization:
The team has many roles and students can take on multiple roles as long as they don't conflict
- 5 event captains who are responsible for the success of each competition.
- The event captains are also responsible for resolving team-wide decisions that cannot be addressed by an individual lead. They do this through a "council" meeting which always includes at least one of the lead mentors.
